Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek style yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Ben’s Maple Syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Raspberries, frozen or fresh (any fruit chopped could work so go ahead and use what you have on hand such as bananas, blueberries, blackberries, cherries…)
  • Additional toppings such as coconut flakes, chopped chocolate, nuts.

Directions

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl mix together the yogurt, vanilla, and maple syrup.
  3. Mix in your fruit gently and evenly spread the mixture across your baking tray.
  4. Scatter your additional toppings over top, press down gently to be sure they set in when freezing.
  5. Pop into the freezer for 3-5 hours until firm, time depending on thickness.
  6. Break up the bark and serve immediately or store in a covered container up to 7 days.
