Grandma’s Citrus Herb Blend from Pickity Place is a finishing seasoning, made to be sprinkled on just before serving for a fresh burst of flavor. Lemon peel and a touch of citric acid bring a bright, zesty tang, balanced by garden herbs like oregano, thyme, parsley, and chives, with garlic, onion, cumin, and a hint of red pepper for warmth. Shake it over grilled fish, shrimp, and chicken, roasted or steamed vegetables, rice, and pasta.
